Oz Speir is an artist based in Aberdeen, currently working to create installations built from experiments in drawing, writing and sculpting.

My work is informed by queerness, by my queer body. I aim to project internal experiences outward, to try and form connections, as well as to see what I bump up against. I am interested in making work that is fragile and ambiguous, and evokes a sense of vulnerability and tactility. Playing with materials and sensory input is a key part of my artmaking process.
